Condenser Installation — Sutter Avenue, Brooklyn
Wall-mounted condenser installation on a Brooklyn building where there was no yard or roof access available for the outdoor equipment.
Bracket-mounting a condenser to a masonry wall is routine work that goes wrong often: the anchors have to suit the substrate, the unit needs isolation so vibration is not transmitted into the building, and there has to be clearance for airflow and for the technician who will service it in five years.
