JJR Mechanical's regular service and emergency service — our goal is to act, right away, in case of an emergency system shut-down, with our professional knowledge, experience and skills, to recover customer systems back to work within the smallest timeframe at the least cost possible.

Rotating parts
Compressors, fan motors, propeller blades and wheels, water and oil pumps. Motor bearings and non-sealed moving parts lubricated — no abnormal noise or vibration.

Working medium — no leakage
Refrigerant, gas, oil, water, steam. Pipe and hose connections sealed tight, no leakage anywhere on the system.

Air, water and gas paths
Indoor airflow intake and discharge, outdoor air intake and exhaust, water flow in and out, gas in and fume out — all clear, no restriction; filters and strainers cleaned.

Burners
Propane, natural gas and oil burners clean and working properly; fume exhaust venting properly with no leakage; heat exchanger free of corrosion and not broken.

Drainage
Condensate water and steam draining freely — no spilling, no overflowing, no leaking from anywhere.

Electric connections
No broken or damaged wires, no loose or corroded connections at terminals, contactors and disconnects.

PCB and all surrounding components connected tight and clear of hot surfaces, and working properly.

Manual, instruction and safety labels in place, legible and matching the equipment they belong to.
