Ductless System Installation — East Elmhurst, Queens
A residential installation in East Elmhurst where the outdoor units had to sit in a narrow side yard between two buildings — a common condition on Queens lots.
Placement matters more than most homeowners expect. Condensers need clearance for airflow, access for service, and a mounting height that keeps them above snow line and away from standing water. We set the units on the side elevation with line sets run tight to the wall and properly sleeved where they penetrate.
