Ducted & Ductless Installation — Howard Beach, Queens

This Howard Beach project was installed during construction, which is the ideal time to do this work — line sets, condensate, ductwork and electrical can all be run inside the wall cavity before the building is closed up.

The result is a combined ducted and ductless system with almost nothing exposed: concealed distribution where ducts made sense, ductless heads where they did not, and outdoor equipment set on the exterior clear of walkways.
