Mini-Split System Installation — Fresh Meadows, Queens
A whole-house mini-split installation for a detached brick home. Homes of this vintage in Fresh Meadows typically have no existing ductwork and no practical route to add any, which makes ductless the obvious path to central cooling and supplemental heat.
Indoor heads were placed room by room and the outdoor equipment set on the side elevation, with penetrations sealed and sleeved through the brick.
